Krol Corlett Construction have been appointed as principal contractor to commence the renovation works to Fraser House. The new Tech hub will start to take shape soon, with works planned to start on 11th May 2019. LCDL have been working closely with Krol Corlett to see how we could deliver this project safely whilst complying with the Government  Covid19 guidance. We have therefore reviewed all our health and safety practices and introduced additional measures in accordance with the revised Construction Leadership Council operating procedures. We now feel confident to proceed and are looking to start on site at the slightly delayed date of 11th May 2020.
