ACCESS AND MEMBERSHIPS

Ground floor community hub spaces are all-inclusive except for dedicated telephony. Includes all service charge rates, utilities, public wifi, business rates, and use of community space for all members. General access to car park included; dedicated spaces charged as extra.

  • Additional printer credits

  • Meeting room hire
  • Event / multi-use space hire

COMPANY ELIGIBILITY

We want to curate the ground floor space to ensure it maintains a focus on digital and technology businesses, and there will be priority made for companies where the space will help them grow in turnover, job growth, or productivity. We will ask for a brief outline of company plans, on sign up and every 6-months while you occupy the space.

BUSINESS SUPPORT OFFER

As part of the community and event offer at Fraser House, knowledge sharing, networking and meet-up events will come to you, alongside 1-2-1 consultancy and business support and access to additional facilities through our partners.
